Attention OR Seattle Community,
Currently, we have begun searching for a new home that will best serve the Seattle outdoor community. Our goal remains the same, to create a welcoming space where you can connect with fellow adventurers, get trusted gear advice, and experience Outdoor Research products firsthand. We’re moving our main headquarters, which means we’re relocating this store, too! We’ll be back up and running in a new location soon.
Stay tuned for updates on where we'll land next. And we apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. In the meantime, here is a list of where to contact us.
Seattle Retail Store Number: (206)-268-7325
Customer Service: info@outdoorresearch.com
Des Moines Retail Store Number: (206)-268-7326
Have customer service / product / returns & exchanges / warranty questions? Please find our contact information. We will also still offer a buy online pick-up in store option for our Des Moines location.
Thank you for understanding, and we will see you soon.
